Yoga in your pj’s? Sure. New to yoga? Great. Managing a health issue or recovering from surgery? Yes! I love working with anyone who is interested in exploring practices that feel safe and yet are ready to build strength, agility, and connection physically and mentally.

Recently, I have worked with clients ages 18-82. From helping a college athlete fine- tune focus and build recovery practices, to supporting a woman building back strength and confidence after a knee replacement, the awareness practices that we build in yoga can benefit anyone who has an interest in sparking balance in their life.
